Chopra’s Seventh Law of Success – Dharma

What if everyone really did have a purpose?  According to Deepak Chopra (and many others) – we do!  In his book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Chopra states that “you have a unique talent and a unique way of expressing it.”  This is dharma … (a Sanskrit word for “purpose in life” …).  Chopra states that for every unique expression of talent, there is a corresponding need.  “When these needs are matched with the creative expression of your talent, that is the spark that creates affluence.  Expressing your talents to fulfill needs creates unlimited wealth and abundance.”

So, I guess this means we have to first own up to our talents…  Many of us were told “you can’t do this … shouldn’t do that … it’s not practical … realistic … weird … (or maybe that was just me!).  What were your childhood hopes and dreams?  What do you love to do (when you have the time, money, and energy to do them)?  What are your true gifts and talents?  Be honest with yourself.  OWN IT!  This is no time for modesty and self-sacrifice!  Don’t you realize that when you are authentically YOU doing what you PASSIONATELY love to do – you are at peace … you are joyful … you are love … and THAT, dear ones, is what this world needs most!

Think about it.
