Stop for a moment and take a slow, deep breath

Now, notice the difference in your body … Did you feel your muscles soften?

Take another deep breath

Pay attention to your thoughts … Are they any different from when you first started?

Take a final deep breath

Notice what a difference the simple experience of taking 3 deep breaths has made in your body and your mind.

Remember it

Feel it

Be grateful

Allow yourself to do this whenever you are overcome by thought, emotion, and tension
